I got the nero one as a gift and from an amazon employee, so it came with an additional discount. Even at the current price ($150), I think it's a great deal! I don't know how anyone would pay the original price for it, but hey ... to each her own. I was considering another one, the small baguette (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000B6OEEQ/ref=pd_sxp_grid_pt_0_1/002-2798072-1629620?%5Fencoding=UTF8&v=glance) , but after I saw this one on someone it looked much better than the picture represents. It's roomier than I thought, and a little bigger than the pic would make you believe -- you could probably fit a small paperback in there. The fabric is nice and soft, and the purse looks incredibly classy. I don't dispute the authenticity (this is selling directly from amazon, after all), although it comes with a simple cardboard certificate of authenticity, and no dust bag. But there's nothing more that I could ask for in a purse! I look forward to keeping it for years and years.
